This document governs your use of the jilit platform, including all casino games, sportsbook products, account services, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers available to registered members in the Philippines.

Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of prohibited software, chargebacks, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes on jilit will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By completing the registration process on jilit, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of this Agreement.
2.2 These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jilit. If you are uncertain about any provision, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.
2.3 jilit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 15 for the full amendment procedure.
3.1 The jilit Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Restriction: Access to jilit's real-money gaming services is strictly prohibited for any person under 21 years of age. jilit implements identity verification procedures to enforce this requirement. Providing false information to circumvent age restrictions constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
3.2 jilit reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jilit will result in account restriction until verification is completed.
To use real-money gaming services on jilit, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and will be kept up to date.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jilit Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login information with any third party. jilit will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain reasonable credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jilit immediately via live chat or by contacting support at the address listed in Section 16. jilit will investigate and may temporarily restrict your Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

The minimum deposit on jilit is ₱100. Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and will be returned to the source account, subject to applicable processing fees. jilit reserves the right to impose minimum or maximum deposit limits at its reasonable discretion.
The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jilit Account. jilit will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. jilit may apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction, which may require additional documentation and extend processing time.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jilit is required to verify the identity of its Members. jilit may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
6.1 jilit may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jilit promotions:
Bonus Responsibility: jilit encourages all Members to review the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in. If you are participating in jilit's responsible gaming deposit limit programme, bonus acceptance may interact with your set limits — please review your settings in the Account dashboard before accepting a bonus offer.
7.1 All Games available on the jilit Platform are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game. Where game rules conflict with these Terms, the specific game rules prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms prevail in all other respects.
7.2 All jilit Casino Games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game implements operated by trained dealers. All RNG certifications are maintained by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
7.3 In the event of a Technical Error — including but not limited to software malfunction, network disruption, game display error, or erroneous settlement — jilit reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return the wagered amount to the Member's Wallet. jilit will not honour any wager or payout arising directly from a Technical Error. jilit's decision on such matters is final.
7.4 If any game round or bet is left incomplete due to circumstances outside the Member's or jilit's control (including power outage, device failure, or internet disconnection), the game outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. jilit does not guarantee that all game sessions will be uninterrupted.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilit Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

9.2 jilit trains its customer support team to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling. jilit reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures — including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or temporary account suspension — on any Member where jilit has reasonable cause to believe that the Member may be exhibiting problem gambling behaviour.
10.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, graphics, text, and other materials on the jilit Platform are the intellectual property of jilit or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any jilit intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.2 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jilit content without prior written consent from jilit.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilit's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount deposited by the Member into their jilit Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱10,000.
11.2 jilit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jilit has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.3 jilit does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any Game.
12.1 jilit collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 jilit may be required to disclose Member information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government agencies pursuant to applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of confidentiality by jilit.
13.1 You may close your jilit Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any available Wallet balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment account within five (5) Philippine Business Days.
13.2 jilit may suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) jilit reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) required to do so by a regulatory authority; (c) the Member has been found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 8; or (d) continuing to maintain the Account would expose jilit to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
13.3 Upon termination for cause, jilit reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance attributable to bonuses or to funds obtained through Prohibited Conduct. Real-money deposits not tainted by Prohibited Conduct will be returned to the Member's registered payment account following investigation.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, the Member must first contact jilit's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
15.1 jilit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. jilit will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Members via their registered email address or in-platform notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
